There is a richness and quiet drama to Adélaïde-Grace™ that feels unmistakably refined. Its blooms begin as perfectly rounded forms, gradually unfurling into exceptionally large, cupped flowers—reaching over six inches across—layered with 45–60 petals in a display of fullness and depth. The fragrance is strong and enveloping, the kind that lingers softly in the air and invites you closer with each passing moment. Set against dark, glossy green foliage, with striking burgundy new growth, this compact Hybrid Tea offers both elegance and structure—delivering impressive presence without overwhelming the garden. It is a rose that feels intentional in every detail, bringing both beauty and balance to its surroundings.
Bred by the legendary Meilland family of France, Adélaïde-Grace™ carries forward a six-generation legacy of rose breeding excellence. Known throughout the world for their extraordinary commitment to fragrance, exceptional flower color, and reliable own-root performance, Meilland roses represent the very best of French horticultural artistry. To offer an exclusive rose from this historic family is a true honor. As part of our Passport of Roses™ collection, Adélaïde-Grace™ invites you to experience a piece of that legacy—bringing the romance, heritage, and craftsmanship of France directly into your garden.

“Every rose has a story. This one changed hers.”

Passport of Roses™ is more than a collection—it is a journey through time, place, and story. Each rose is paired with a fictional heroine from the country where it was bred, her life set in a real garden, a real landscape, a real moment in history. These young women—dreamers, daughters, artists, and adventurers—each encounter a rose that changes them, helping them discover their purpose or learn a quiet, powerful life lesson. Through these stories, the rose becomes more than a bloom; it becomes a symbol of growth, resilience, and beauty across generations. Curated from the world’s most celebrated breeders, Passport of Roses™ invites you to collect each variety and bring her story into your own garden—creating a living tapestry of history, heart, and horticultural artistry.
Available only through Grace Rose Farm®, where each rose tells a story

Before planting
Keep your rose in its pot in a sunny spot and water it well while you prepare the bed. Choose a place with at least six hours of sun and soil that drains well. Water the pot thoroughly an hour before planting.
Planting your potted rose
Dig a hole twice as wide as the pot and about as deep. Ease the rose out, loosen any circling roots and set it so the top of the root ball sits level with the ground. Backfill with garden soil mixed with compost, firm gently and water deeply.
First season watering and care
Water deeply two to three times a week through the first season, more often in hot weather, letting the top inch of soil dry between waterings. Mulch keeps the roots cool. Start feeding once new growth appears, and remove spent blooms to keep the flowers coming.
